Our services

Four services, one standard of record.

Whichever of these you buy, the visit is logged the same way, by the same licensed technicians, and lands in the same portal.

Government licensed Every licence & certificate →

Commercial pest control

Pest management programmes built for a commercial environment and costed to exceed the regulation rather than scrape past it. The same fully licensed technician returns to your site, so they learn the building — where the deliveries come in, which drain runs under the prep line, what the night shift props open.

  • Emergency call-outs answered within 24 hours
  • The same trained technician each visit
  • Programme tailored per site, not per contract
  • Device placement mapped and numbered for audit

Residential pest control

Designed around minimal impact on you, your family, your pets and the home. Customer education is part of the service rather than an upsell: our technicians explain the method, the chemicals and the expected outcome before they start.

  • Technical advice on method and product given up front
  • Utmost care taken with property and possessions
  • Privacy respected — we work around the household
  • Home left the way we found it, minus the pests

Commodity fumigation

A fumigant in gaseous form spreads through the whole infested volume, which is why it is the only real answer for stored commodity and cargo. It is also a barrier against foreign pests entering a country and disturbing its ecosystem. We hold official certification and offer both types.

  • MBR — methyl bromide fumigation
  • ALP — aluminium phosphide fumigation
  • Agricultural and edible products, cash crops
  • Cotton, textiles, wood and timber merchandise
  • Shipping containers and export cargo

Sanitisation & disinfection

A two-stage disinfection process for offices, commercial space, residences and government buildings, clearing disease-causing organisms and preventing cross-infection in enclosed areas. Our crew go through a dedicated training programme on disinfectant selection, dwell time and equipment.

  • Crew background-checked and police-verified
  • Full protective equipment and body suits
  • ULV mist fogging and thermal fogging
  • Delhi NCR including Gurgaon and Noida
Included with every commercial contract

The parts of the job that are not spraying.

Most of what an auditor asks for is paperwork, placement and proof. These come with the service rather than as a line item.

  • 24×7 support — A real toll-free line rather than a ticket form.
  • Red Dot audits — Periodic unannounced quality checks on our own technicians’ work.
  • Infestation stickers — Applied at breeding zones so a problem area is marked on the wall, not just in a file.
  • IPM file record keeping — The physical file an auditor asks for, maintained on site and kept current.
  • Schematic site maps — A device-placement floor plan for every store, drawn for international audits.
  • Training and awareness — Sessions for your team on IPM technique, HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000 and FSSAI guidelines.
Schematic site maps

Drawn for international audits

Every store gets a floor plan showing where each device sits and what it is, so an auditor walking the site can match the map to the wall — and a missing station is visible rather than assumed.

Roda-Box (RDB) Insectocutor (INST) Fly Catcher (FLCT)

Each device is numbered within its own type — RDB.1, INST.4, FLCT.2 — and the number is the one written on the unit itself, so a reading logged against FLCT.2 can be walked to. Kitchen, dry store, freezer, dish wash, marination, supply base, hand wash, the drive-thru window and both back doors are all drawn, because those are the places the devices go.

What we apply

The chemical schedule, printed on the receipt.

This is the standing product list off RCS Care's Service Completion Receipt — the paper form the electronic record was modelled on. Quantity and batch number are written against whichever of these was used on the day. The last column does not move: it is what stops a rodenticide being recorded against a food-contact surface.

Scroll the table sideways for the dilution and the approved area.

FOH is front of house — the customer-facing area. BOH is back of house: kitchen, stores, prep and the service corridor. Ready to use means the product is supplied at its working strength and is not diluted on site. Anything applied outside a product's approved area is a finding against us, not a note in a file.

Products are chosen for the target species rather than for breadth, and a site's schedule is set at survey. If your own standard restricts a product we carry, it comes off your schedule and does not come back.

Why the sequence matters →

The Service Completion Receipt as it is printed. The employee and client sign-off block below the table is cropped off here; on a real receipt it carries the technician's name and employee code, and your own site contact's name, email and when they confirmed the visit.
Environmental systems design

Free design, installation and advisory.

Where devices go, how a door seals and which drain needs a cover decide how much treatment a site will ever need. We advise on it at no charge, for:
